Referrals:
Currently accepting new referrals for clients who identify as a member of one of the following underserved groups: BIPOC, LGBTQIA, or Military/Veteran to be scheduled for intake in 2024
Interested clients may self refer by emailing or calling Andrea directly at [email protected] or 207-951-5838. Clinicians can complete a Referral form and Intake form with or on behalf of clients and fax in to 844-368-9004
