Individual and Couples counseling is available for adults 18 or above.
Family counseling is available for families in which all members present are at least 17 years of age.
Psychotherapy or counseling is meant to serve as a mirror to help bring hidden internal processes to the forefront so that we can drive our lives with ‘eyes open’. Through understanding how our experiences have shaped us, we gain understanding of who we are and who we want to be, and with this knowledge we become better able to identify and reach our goals. As the psychotherapist or counselor in the therapeutic relationship, I serve as that mirror as well as educator to help you understand your internal human processes and behaviors. In essence, I help you understand that you are indeed Whole and Complete just as you are and that the difficulties you face are a result of your experiences thereby empowering you to identify and reach your goals.
